What We Need from You
1. Product Information
Please let us know which products you require (T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Caps, Bags, Aprons, Workwear, etc.).
2. Design Concept
Provide your design, logo, artwork, branding concept, or any visual references that describe your requirements.
3. Production Worksheet (Tech Pack)
A production worksheet (also known as a Tech Pack) is a detailed technical document that includes all information required for manufacturing your product, including:
- Technical drawings and garment construction
- Fabric composition and weight (GSM)
- Accessories and trims
- Color specifications
- Logo placement and branding
- Labels and packaging
- Sustainability and certification requirements
- Size specifications
- Printing and embroidery details
- Complete measurement chart for every size
A well-prepared Tech Pack ensures accurate production and consistent quality.
Pre-Production & Approval Process
Before bulk production begins, we guide you through several important approval stages to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Material Approval
You will review and approve:
- Fabric quality
- Color swatches
- Labels
- Accessories (buttons, zippers, drawcords, etc.)
Prototype Sample
A prototype garment—sometimes produced using alternative materials—is prepared so you can evaluate:
- Fit
- Pattern
- Construction
- Overall workmanship
Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
After the prototype has been approved, we produce a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) using the actual production materials.
This is the first sample that represents your final product exactly as it will be manufactured. Once you approve the PPS, bulk production begins.
